Tracksntrips organise and personally run walking weekends and holidays in the UK and overseas. We can organize day events for groups. Events can include day walks, photo walks and photography days. We organise singles weekends and singles holidays for a number of singles groups. We organise weekends and holidays for Activity groups, such as Spice Adventure Group and Adventura (formerly Speedbreaks). We organise holidays and short breaks for groups of friends and family groups; and weekends and holidays for walking groups.

Walking weekends in areas such as the Lake District, Peak District, Yorkshire Dales, Malverns Hills, Shropshire, Devon, Cotswolds, Brecon Beacons, Snowdonia, Isle of Wight and many more.

Holidays in Mallorca, Andalucia, Morocco, Tuscany, Slovenia, Turkey, Croatia, Romania, Venice and Prague.

Overseas holidays for groups include walking in Mallorca, Walking in Andalucia, Walking in Tuscany, Moroccan Adventure Morocco with photography too, Walking in Romania in the Transylvanian Alps, skiing for beginners, intermediates and advanced in the French Pyrenees, Bulgaria and Chamonix. Many of our trips are organised especially for solo travellers. Our programme includes singles walking in Mallorca, Andalucia, Tuscany, Morocco, and the Transylvanian Alps (Romania). We can normally provide 2 walk alternatives per day. This is guaranteed if there are 12 or more in your group.

Singles ski trips
Our ski holiday to the French Pyrenees is suitable for beginners, intermediate and advanced skiers with lots of pistes too. Far less crowded than the Alps a real gem used mostly by French skiers and some Spanish. In 2011 we will be offering more skiing in Les Houches (Chamonix) and Bugaria.

Photography Breaks
Our photography breaks in the UK (Northumberland, Whitby, Malverns, Cotswolds, Yorkshire Dales, Lake District, Snowdonia, New Forest, etc) and in beautiful European cities, such as Prague and Venice and also further afield in Marrakech has proved popular. Singles Photography holidays, breaks and weekends have been organised for singles groups, groups of friends, Spice Adventure Group and Adventura (formerly Speedbreaks). Photography holidays, breaks and weekends are open to all Photographers; however they are particularly designed for those just starting out with their digital SLR camera or those wanting to improve their skills with their SLR or compact camera. We make the most of the numerous photographic opportunities that the destination has to offer. We spend the majority of each day taking pictures and Steve will be on hand to offer tuition in the form of in-the-field talks, demonstrations, one-to-ones, review sessions and discussions. The holidays, breaks and weekends are designed to be flexible and fun. Rest assured we will tailor the programme to suit the conditions and the group.

On our photography breaks - You can learn about: Camera functions and handling; Composition; Planning a shot/location; Exposures; Apertures; Shutter speeds; Depth of Field, Using Filters and more! Group size is limited to 8-10. Small groups mean that you will get the best out of the location and you will receive the personal attention you need to learn at your own pace.

Gulet cruise in the Turquoise waters around Turkey
We have a great trip sailing around the Turkish Blue Cruise coast onboard a wooden sailing boat known as a gulet. We wine and dine under the sun and stars, enjoying excellent Turkish cuisine with swimming, snorkelling, hiking, canoeing in the sea and other optional water sports as well as visiting beautiful beaches, the lively towns of Fethiye and Marmaris and historical sites too.

We charter a luxury gulet where you will find onboard that every cabin has individually controlled air-conditioning and has a private en-suite bathroom with home style toilet. Our gulet has 9 cabins with plenty of space for dining and sunbathing on the fore aft decks. You can have a single room or share a twin.

Who comes on our group trips?

The age range on our group holidays is predominantly 33-58 and single professionals, but people outside the age range are welcome as are couples and anyone who will feels comfortable within the group. Some of the walking groups attract a slightly older age group (albeit just as fit, lively, sociable and fun-loving). Many of the groups we supply welcome new members on their weekends and holidays so if you would like to join one of our groups on a weekend or holidays, give us a call or drop us an email and we will advise on any group holidays, which might be appropriate to you.
