This is a new trip for 2008. We have been running this ski holiday to Romania for our Mango single parent families for 3 years. By popular request we are offering this great value holiday now for adults in our Tracks programme. Our resort, Predeal in Romania is geared up especially for novice and second year skiers and the package includes full board, bed, breakfast, lunch, evening meal, hire of boots, skis and poles, ski school (2 lessons per day on 5 days) and ski lift during lessons. We have ski school for two hours in the morning and again in the afternoon. Instructors speak English and group sizes are small.

We will be staying in the ski lodge based right next to the nursery slopes so there is no need for transport. Predeal is the highest ski resort in Romania (1033m) but one of the quieter resorts. There are 6 ski runs, a chairlift, two T bars and a drag lift. The accommodation is in a ski lodge and all the rooms are en-suite, clean, cosy and cheerful and have balconies. The rooms are twin, 3 or 4 bed. Also included in the package is the use of sledges and ice skates and a games room. This is ideal for beginners and improvers. You can visit the nearby castle at Sinaia and we include a visit to Dracula’s castle at Bran and nearby Brasov a pretty medieval town.
